Some features of Photogenesis may require a one-time purchase. When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by Photogenesis or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Photogenesis name, logo, and related marks are trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for those third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photogenesis and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid, if any, for access to the Service during the six months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Photogenesis and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your primary operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
